With over 25 years of experience, Nicky has been at the forefront of leading and executing large-scale change and transformation programs across various sectors, including finance, government, and most recently, retail. Her expertise lies in developing digital, technology, and process-driven business transformation strategies that align seamlessly with overarching business objectives.

Nicky’s approach is grounded in well-established frameworks, including the Agile Manifesto, Kubler-Ross grief cycle, Design Thinking, and Kurt Lewin’s 3-Stage Change Model. These theoretical foundations, combined with her deep understanding of the technology lifecycle, project management, and adult learning theories, ensure that each change initiative is uniquely tailored to its business context, driving successful outcomes.

Central to Nicky's methodology is effective stakeholder identification and management, leadership alignment, and the development of robust business process architectures. These elements facilitate detailed process change impact assessments, which in turn inform the most relevant capability development strategies, training programs, and delivery methods.

Recently, Nicky spearheaded an AI-driven technology transformation project that has served as a catalyst for broader organizational change. This initiative not only integrated new capabilities and skills across business units but also fostered leadership accountability and engagement—key factors in its success.

Nicky’s strategic and analytical prowess, as well as her ability to operate in contexts of ambiguity, extends to crafting communication strategies and campaigns that engage leadership and end-users alike, ensuring they are fully onboarded from the outset. She believes that the essence of successful change lies in empowering end-users, fostering excitement, and maintaining relevance in the workplace.
For Nicky, measurement is key—linking change initiatives to business strategy and demonstrating Return on Investment through successful adoption and ownership of new technologies, processes, and systems.
